Reducing Poverty by Abolishing Minimum Wage

One of the many ways to ease poverty is abolishing minimum wage. I know what you’re thinking – “this sounds crazy” right, well, I’m about to explain how allowing a free wage market will help reduce poverty.

In a free wage society everyone would get paid what they are worth, their labor would be purchased by corporations at the real wage price. Free wage price is the ratio of productivity VS. The value of the goods being produced, without interference of a government price floor. This gets complicated to explain so bear with me for a couple of paragraphs.

First off, the lower the wages paid the lower the price of the goods being sold. For example: I am a contract worker and my job is to hammer in the nails of a house being constructed. My job is simple and doesn’t require much skill, I hammer in nails, I am good at what I do; let’s say my wage is 3$ an hour. Now, the house is cheaper because the contractor is paying me less and charges less for the construction of a house. People get their home for less. Those people with reduced costs in buying a home can invest more and work for less themselves.

The results of a free wage market can be seen as Disposable income increases, money for investing increases, a desire to work for less money increases; why, because a house was cheaper – because a worker was paid 3$ an hour. What this does for the economy is create more jobs and more sales of goods thus lowering the prices on all consumer goods. Poverty is reduced.

Mathematically it is fact and can be calculated. The increase in supply and the increase in demand will shift allowing for more goods to be sold at cheaper prices. A graph can be composed to show this as simple supply and demand curve shift.

Adding to those circumstances, Is the fact that all goods would become cheaper even more so because of the lower wages paid. 3$ an hour now becomes worth 10$ an hour and with the added benefits that more people have jobs, homes, and investments. Poverty is reduced even further.

Capitalism is needed to reduce Co2 emissions

Capitalism is the only thing that can stop C02 emissions. Without corporations and without profitability there is no green technology, there is no green jobs. Toyota prius, it has a high MPG, why, because it makes money! You don’t tax the wealthy or the business community to pay for technology provided by the business community… how ignorant and naïve is that? Stop and think: where did hybrid technology, solar technology and geothermal technology come from … the business community. Through the funding of research, businesses and corporations acquire this technology to apply it efficiently and effectively to reduce costs, keep prices low, and make a good profit.

You might think government can fund this research or apply it, but it cannot. Taxation and socialization increase costs and reduce entrepreneurship so drastically the governments’ own revenue would decrease and their costs for funding green technology and research would increase. As an example lets use this simple scenario: I am a solar panel researcher and my costs go up, my rent goes up, the price for common goods go up, my energy bill increases because gov’t increased taxes to pay for funding me; now what do I do, well, I need more money to continue what I am researching. Now take that one example and multiply the consequences of taxes and socialization for the entire workforce, how much will green technology progress, how much deficit would gov’t run up before it collapses or stops the green implementation, not long.

The USA needs capitalism; it needs government out of the free markets so we can buy the prius, so our power companies use green energy sources, so oil companies invest into green technology research. Oil will run out, it’s not renewable; the oil giants know this and that is why they use a huge amount of profits (yes, profits from providing us with the sole means of powering the world) to invest in green technology. Why in the world should you support taxing the very corporations that invest the most money into renewable resources and energy technology, you shouldn’t, because it makes no sense. We should want oil companies to make the most money they can so we can get better technology and green jobs quicker.

Think about it for a second: you’re being taxed 50% - are you going to go out and form a green corporation - you’re profits are decreasing and costs rise because gov’t is cap-taxing C02 emissions, how much less money will you have for green technology and how much will your prices go up to maintain operations effectively?

Guess what, everyone pays the price for socialization and people buy into the idea because it depicts a fantasy.

My political Stance

I'm a Liberal-Nationalist , Believing nothing matters accept prosperity, Infrastructure, Efficiency, Education and the empowerment of the USA.

USA was formed to be a Republic not a Democracy.

USA needs a reduction in Gov't angencies, such as the SEC, FDA and others, that promote a false sense of security while discouraging skill and self regulation. Gov't should not regulate guns, free markets, business, free speech etc...
(Regulation only decreases responsibility and increases risks because people expect to be saved or "bailed out.")

USA needs specific National projects with a specific goal and a specific flat tax to pay for that goal. These taxes are not to excede the project period. All taxes for the project shall be fair and limited. Projects will be submitted to congress by the president under title P. Once passed by congress P will proceed to a Govenors vote. (summary of idea)

USA needs an Expanded Supreme court of 24 Justices in 24 districts; with 2 states per distrct electing their Justice. Their shall be no term limit with a re-election every 8 years. Senate hearings and all classical processes for appointing Justices remain. Alaska and Hawaii will get a Minor Justice - Jurisdiction over State courts but do not partake in the supreme magistrate hearings. (summary of idea)

I don't believe in market regulations or the Federal Reserve; I think some Industries could be nationalized.

We the USA should offer state-hood to our neighbors and territories allowing for a United America to emerge with greater efficiency, liberty and prosperity.
Religion should not be encouraged publically by Government nor have any part in politics. Freedom of religion should be wholely protected within the bindings of common law.

HOWEVER, If the government can't Guarantee liberty or protect its citizens then I support the State government. If niether one is protecting Liberty I support rebellion as deemed so by the constitution.

Distinguishing My Nationalism from Socialism

Typical definitions of Nationalism are perverted and poorly described.

Liberal-nationalism to me is wanting the best possible system for the country and peoples based on working models, historical examples and proven methods that lead to prosperity.

Laissez-Faire capitalism is needed, Specific careful nationalization is needed.

The nationalism I propose must be in the form of projects: voted on by legislative branches and then submitted for a governors vote to ensure the peoples consent.

In nationalism everyone contributes to a cause and everyone gets the benefits equally in a most efficient manner..

Socialism is gov't or collective control over Land, Labor, Capital, Entrepreneurship.

Some examples are California, Massachusetts, our schools and healthcare systems.

California has a huge mounting debt and the state is bankrupt, why? Well, in 1978 they opted to switch to a direct ballot democratic policy which then in turn let "the people" directly vote on legislative bills. What is so bad about this you may ask - If I gave you my credit card and said hey, you can do w/e you want and buy w/e you want and I'll pay for it, what would you do? You, probably, like most people would buy stuff for yourself; afterall I allowed it, I Encouraged it. Ok, so after a few years I submit a proposal that says "look I need to ask you to pay a percentage of my bills or i will go bankrupt" and well you refuse; what happens... I go bankrupt funding socialism.

Democrats are unconstitutional

The United States Constitution was adopted so that we would be a republic not a democracy. Our founding fathers used the netherlands as an example and decided to safeguard against the ailments of a democracy by creating a republic. (originally a confederation)

A democracy is not fair and it allows for poor people to have to much power in voting which then allows Gov't to take advantage of their voting power by manipulating uneducated peoples.

Democracy never works; people always vote to give themselves charity. like a kid in a candy store: they do not know any better but to steal the lolipops; without forseeing the consequences of their actions.

California is a perfect example of a democracy failing, in 1978 they adopted the direct ballot initiative, allowing people to directly vote on policies and what happens: poor people voting for wellfare while allowing no way to pay for these wellfare services.

To-the-point. Over time our gov't and state representation has grown in power while our protection, The supreme court, has remained unexpanded thus molding us into a democracy. An unconstitutional gov't.

Voting should have requirements and the rights of the people should be protected; not dictated by gov't manipulation of the voter. (includes state gov't)

Cap and Trade H.R. 2454

The "cap and Trade bill" is a disaster. It is an example of what not to do in economics: burdening the cost of consumption and raising costs of production will only result in a disaster, Less productivity at a higher cost to everyone. this is a graph showing the effects on the cost of energy.

The correct or better alternative would be to create a national solar power station infrastructure:

1) there is no cost burden because the gov't will make money by selling the electricity produced back into the power plant grids.

2) Green house gases are reduced at a much greater pace without burdening or slowing the growth of the energy industry.

3) places like california and new york wiould have an increased electricial capacity allowing firms to focus on the infrastructure problems with grids.

4) If the gov't needs funding these plants would be extremely valuable and easily sold to private firms.

5) The Average cost of electricity decreases for all consumers.There ya go, a correct solution to an energy problem. Not perfect but better. here is an Illustration of what this does to energy markets.
